Privacy notice

This notice explains how Clerin Enterprises (Private) Limited (“Clerin”) handles information you provide through this website. We are a Zimbabwe-registered procurement business with a Harare office and a UK sourcing desk.

What we collect

When you post an RFQ, request brand sourcing, apply as a supply partner or contact us, we receive the details you send: organisation name, contact name, email, telephone, country, product requirements, attachments named in the form, and any notes you add.

This website does not operate buyer or supplier accounts. Enquiries are opened in your own email or WhatsApp client and sent to Clerin. We do not store personal data in a public database on this site.

How we use it

We use the information to review your requirement or application, identify suitable supply routes, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation and freight, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Details are shared only where needed to fulfil a request — manufacturers, authorised distributors, freight forwarders, insurers or customs agents — or where the law requires it. We share the minimum required for that purpose.

Retention

Correspondence and commercial records are kept for as long as needed to complete the engagement and to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practice.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies or storage that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
